Twilight
Okay I am adding to the masses and their opinions of the movie Twilight. No spoilers here just my opinion. Honestly I liked the movie. It was what it was. I had only read the book once so I wasn't to wrapped up in all of the little things, I just wanted it to give the same feeling to me as when I read the book. I have never been an Edward fan and actually liked the "other guy" the most when I read the books, but about 40 minutes into the movie I turned to my friend and said "this is changing me to an Edward fan!!" It was cheesy and good - just like the book. Today I actually had some free time (my niece is visiting and her, Ashlee and Hyrum played all day!) and I reread the book. It was interesting to read it because I was able to see why they cut stuff out and combined stuff in the movie. Of course there were a few parts that I was like - oh yea why didn't they put this in???? Like the whole meadow scene....oops I said no spoilers so sorry that is all I will say about that! Anyway all in all I liked it and want to go and see it again - anyone else want to go?????

Hi Valerie! Miss you guys. I can't believe how big your kids are! They are beautiful. I did the 12:20am sneak preview Thursday night with 6 girls. It was crazy, all 4 midnight showings at Red Rock were sold out. The movie was totally cheezy, but not having read the book, I was told the book had those cheezy (meadow scence) parts too. It was entertaining at least. I think I was the only one in the mass of hundreds of people there that had NOT read it. Maybe over Christmas break I will.
I am going to go see the movie on Saturday with some work buddies. I have read all four books and have enjoyed them tremendously. Unlike most people, I also enjoyed the last book, Breaking Dawn. I can't wait to see the movie.
I would go again with you if you lived closer :D
UPDATE: Just saw it for the second time - liked it even more. I didn't notice the weird bloopery things and just enjoyed the story! On the thanksgiving we went to Bolt and I wanted to duck out to see it again - defintly going to buy it when it comes out.
