Well our little baby officially turned one year old today. 
My oh my time does fly. We had a little party for him on Saturday and invited our California family to come. We just had a big BBQ and we bought a little pool for the kids to play in as well. 
The kids had a blast!!! Hyrum loves water but when Jed tried to put him in he wanted right back out...We made homemade ice cream (a huge hit) and hamburger/hot dogs. The hardest part was keeping the birthday boy awake through all of the festivities. 
He was sooooo tired. And kept closing his eyes. Ashlee had a few friends over to play with her along with cousin Brianna. Jed said the only thing he wanted for Hyrum was for him to stick his hands in the cake and get all gooey and messy - which he did!! No dainty little boy is he. Aunt Marlena gave him a balloon that sings every time you hit it so that became the toy of choice for the kids. 
Once again he was spoiled with a new 
baseball game and a Build-A-Bear panda from Aunt Lena. (dressed in Lakers gear for Daddy - Jazz was not available so the next best had to do!) All in all it was a great day with fun had by all!

Hyrum is so cute! I feel like he has grown up without us! Looks like everyone had a fun time. Wish we were there!
Your kids are so cute! It looks like Ashlee had a good time getting sticky and gooey with the cake as well.
Happy Birthday little Hyrum!!! Oh Val...he is so cute and growing so fast. Looks like you had a ton of fun. Sad we aren't close anymore to enjoy all the fun parties huh! You all look GREAT and miss ya! Are you possiblly still planning to come visit your aunt this summer? We would love to see you guys and get the kids together! Talk to you soon!
Hyrum is so big!!!! He is looking alot like ashlee too. Beautifull little ones!! Wish I was there for the fun. Miss you guys!
